Miller Rose launches on November 19th, 2025, following a management buyout by Andy Butts. The Birmingham-based property agency brings together over 100 years of combined experience, serving local, UK, and international clients across Asia and the Middle East through one connected team. Founded by leading property figure, Andy Butts, who spent 13 years  in senior leadership and operational board roles at Centrick, most recently as New Homes and Investments Director. Miller Rose will operate across residential sales and lettings, new homes, investment property, land services, and development consultancy both in the UK and internationally. Since 2005, the team has served the residential and new homes market in Birmingham. In 2022, Andy spearheaded the launch and growth of international operations across Asia and the Middle East. Miller Rose is named after Andy's two children, Miller and Rose, a reminder that property decisions shape families and futures, whether it's your first home,, your forever home or growing an investment portfolio.

Notably, Stuart Macdiarmid joins the business as Sales and Lettings Director, bringing with him deep knowledge and proven expertise in Birmingham’s sales and lettings markets. Together, they will serve the local Birmingham market, UK investors, international clients, and developers across the UK.
