There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The prize is as follows:

Five course taster menu for two, lunch or dinner Tuesday to Friday,  at Adam’s Restaurant, New Oxford House, 16 Waterloo Street, Birmingham B2 5UG, inclusive of food and service. The prize does not include travel to or from the restaurant, accommodation, or any other associated costs. The prize is subject to restaurant availability and must be booked and redeemed by the 27th August 2027. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. Any spend above the stated value is the responsibility of the winner.

Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the promoter and/or its agents.

The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will only be contacted by [@millerrose handle]. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner of how the prize will be issued. The winner agrees to collect the prize from Miller Rose’s office at Silvers Office Gf.01, 144 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1RY / The prize voucher will be sent to the winner by email / The prize voucher will be posted to an address provided by the winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
