For investment developments, we don’t just read the brochure. We visit sites multiple times. We review developer track records and completion histories. We stress-test yield projections against current rental comparables. We check build quality, service charge assumptions, and management company credentials.
If something doesn’t stack up, we walk away – even if the commission is attractive.
We Value Honestly
For sellers, we provide realistic valuations based on actual market data, not inflated figures designed to win instructions. We’d rather lose a listing than waste three months proving the market right.

Between us, we’ve spent over 45 years across residential sales, new build developments, investment property, lettings and management, land acquisition, and portfolio management.
We’ve worked across Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Leicester, Reading, and other UK cities where the fundamentals stack up. From £150k city centre apartments to multi-million pound family homes and mixed-use developments.
We’ve launched schemes for national housebuilders and independent developers. Managed portfolios through legislative changes and market corrections.
